It was a cloudy Sunday.My mom called my friend Sophia and asked her mom if we could have a play date.Her mom said,”Yes.”We were going to go see Cloudy With a chance of Meatballs 2.When me and my mom got to the movies the tickets were sold out!We called Sophia’s mom and told her that the tickets were sold out.My mom told Sophia’s mom that we should meet at our house.When we met I told Sophia that ewe were going to Chuck E Cheeses.When we got there we went inside and my mom ordered pizza and drinks.She told us that we can go play some games.We played Ski ball did a jump rope thing where there was a light and you had to jump over it like jump rope.We played some more games and when we went back to get more tokens the pizza was at our booth.we ate pizza, wings, and celery.After that we played this game where you hold on to the bars and they vibrate.It makes you weaker and weaker.Then we went back to the booth and my mom told us that it was time to go.We dropped Sophia off at her house then left. I had an awesome time!!
Yesterday I had a sleepover with my friend Miles here’s how it went.First I went to Miles house and he gave me a tour around his house, it was really cool.Then his dad said it was time to go to the back to school bash. when we got there we went on a bounce house.That’s when we started to get hungry.While we were walking to get nachos we saw some of Miles friends they asked if they could eat with us.We said o.k. only a little.When we were finished we got candy and his friends wanted to share,we were like guys we are only sharing because we are having a sleepover.They were like oh and left.After that we ran around for like half an hour until his dad said it was time to go.After that we went to Handels we both got Orange Sherbert.When we got back to his house his mom made popcorn for a movie.Then she said we should pick out a movie.He said I could pick out any one.I picked out the Incredibles. In the middle of the movie his dad told us to brush our teeth and get in to our pj’s then he continued the movie.When the movie was over we turned it off and watched 2 shows and went to bed.In the morning we got his mom’s tablet.We played on it for a little bit.Then his mom made sausage.We almost had a Nerf gun fight but my dad came.It was a really fun and I hope I get to do it again.
The first week of school went really well. On Monday our desks were moved. We had partners and we tried to make a plan to make a nest for a stuffed dragon. My group did a pretty good plan, but we only had 100 note cards to use. Then it was time for lunch. I ate p.b & j & chips. For desert I got pudding. Then it was recess! My friends and I Mathew and Sophia like to chase each other. when we went in my teacher Mrs.Gibson started to read Judy Blume Tales of a fourth grade nothing. Then it was time to leave. On Tuesday our note card stack fell.when Mrs.Gibson put the dragon on top and it stayed! On Wednesday my favorite time was silent reading. I like to read Diary Of A Wimpy Kid. We read for like 30 min. Today was the best lunch ever, we had cheesy bread sticks. The cheese was so stringy. Well that is it because its only Thursday. Well goodbye!
This is our last day, we packed and headed back home. All I did was played video games and listened to music. When I was listening to my music I fell asleep and an hour later the music was still on. I think I fell asleep because the hip-hop music was making me sleepy. I then played more games and watched a movie. It took us 12 hours to get home. When we got home, we went to bed and that was the end of our summer vacation till next year!
